What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local storage and service workers — store data on your device for the same kinds of purposes: remembering what you did and making the site work faster.

What we use

• Essential — keep the site working: remembering your progress through the survey request form, your booking details between steps, and the offline cache handled by our service worker. The site does not function correctly without these.
• Preference — remember choices such as the home size or add-ons you selected, so you do not re-enter them.
• Analytics — aggregate, non-identifying data on which pages are visited and how people reach the site, used to improve content and layout.

What we do not use

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.

Local storage and offline cache

Your booking progress is stored in your browser’s local storage so you can return to the form without losing what you entered. A service worker caches pages and images so the site loads quickly and works on a weak connection. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Third parties

Analytics and payment providers may set their own cookies when you use those features. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies and clear site data, usually under Settings, Privacy. Blocking essential cookies and local storage will break the booking flow. Clearing site data for simplyunpack.com removes saved booking progress.

Changes

If we add new categories of cookies, this page will be updated to reflect them.
