Who we are

Simply Unpack provides unpacking, kitchen and wardrobe setup, deep cleaning, pest control, home readiness, installation and handover services for residential homes in Bangalore. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Simply Unpack; "you" means the customer booking or using the service.

Bookings and quotes

A booking is confirmed only after we have shared a written scope and quote and you have accepted it. Prices depend on home size, inventory volume, add-ons selected, property access and date. Estimates shown on the website are indicative until confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate details of the property, home size, access, lift availability and move date.
• Arrange building permissions, parking and access for our team on the scheduled day.
• Ensure utilities — power and water — are available at the property.
• Remove or take custody of cash, jewellery, documents, medicines and other high-value or sensitive items before work begins.
• Be available, in person or over a call, for decisions on where items should be placed.

Scope of work

We work to the scope agreed in your quote. Work outside that scope — additional rooms, extra installations, structural or civil work, or items requiring specialist vendors — is charged separately and only after your approval.

Rescheduling and access

If our team cannot begin on the scheduled date because the property is inaccessible, the shipment has not arrived, permissions are missing or utilities are unavailable, a rescheduling or visit charge may apply. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Damage and liability

Our team handles your belongings with care and every job ends with a documented quality check. If damage is caused by us during the work, report it at handover or within the follow-up window and we will repair, replace or compensate at a fair value. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects in items or fittings supplied by you or third parties, damage caused by transit or your movers, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Third-party services

Some services, including pest control, specialist installations and appliance servicing, may be delivered by vetted partners. We coordinate and quality-check that work; manufacturer or vendor warranties on parts and appliances remain with those providers.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote. Unless agreed otherwise, the balance is due on completion of the work and handover. We may pause or withdraw service for non-payment.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, photography and the Simply Unpack name and marks — belongs to Simply Unpack and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
