Shipping & Delivery Policy
Simply Unpack delivers a service at your home, not a shipped product. This page explains how and when that service is delivered.

Nature of delivery
We do not ship goods. Simply Unpack is a service provider: our team arrives at your property in Bangalore on the scheduled date and delivers the unpacking, setup, cleaning, installation and handover work in your confirmed scope. We are not a packers-and-movers or transport company.
Service area
We operate across Bangalore, including Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Hebbal and Electronic City. Availability outside these areas depends on distance and date; we confirm before booking.
Scheduling
Once your scope and quote are confirmed, we schedule a start date and arrival window. Teams typically arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the scheduled day. You receive a confirmation with the team lead’s contact before the visit.
Timelines
- 1 to 2 BHK: usually completed in one day.
- 3 BHK: one to two days depending on inventory volume and add-ons.
- 4 BHK and villas: two to three days, planned in advance.
- Deep cleaning, pest control and installations may be scheduled on a separate day where the sequence requires it.
Materials and consumables
Cleaning agents, tools, hardware and organizing consumables required for the agreed scope are brought by our team and included in the quote unless stated otherwise. Organizers, racks or fittings you want us to source are purchased on approval and billed at cost.
Access requirements
Delivery of the service depends on access to the property, working lifts where applicable, building permissions and availability of power and water. Delays caused by these are outside our control and may require rescheduling.
Delays
If we are running late or a date must move — weather, building restrictions, or an earlier job overrunning — we inform you as early as possible and offer the nearest available slot.
Completion and handover
Delivery is complete when the room-by-room quality check is done, open items on the snag list are closed, the photo handover is shared and you sign off — in person or over a video walkthrough.
