A Whitefield villa is not the same job as a Whitefield flat

The same family, in the same city, packs 25 to 40 percent more cartons into a villa than into a tower flat of the same BHK count — and none of it moves by lift.

The metro fixed the commute, not the last mile
The Purple Line running out to Kadugodi and Whitefield changed how people get to work. It did not widen Varthur Road, ITPL Main Road or the lanes off Whitefield Main Road, which still lock up between 8:30 and 11 in the morning and again from 5 to 8:30.
