Most people hire a mover for the transport and then discover nobody is responsible for the fifty cartons standing in the new hall. We do the whole thing. Our own crew packs your current home room by room with proper materials, loads and moves it in our own vehicles, and then unpacks and sets up the new home — which we have already cleaned, treated and repaired before delivery day. HOW PRICING WORKS
The move is quoted, not listed.
Our home setup packages have published prices because the scope is predictable. A shift is not: two 2 BHKs in the same city can differ by thousands depending on floor and lift access, how much is really moving and how tight the building windows are. So we survey first, quote in writing, and wait for your confirmation.

A video walkthrough, or an on-site visit in Bengaluru, to record the real inventory and the access conditions at both homes.

Written quote
Packing, labour, vehicle, transit cover and any permits shown as separate lines, alongside your home setup package price.

Your confirmation
Nothing is booked, blocked or charged until you approve the quote. Decline it and your setup booking continues unchanged.

Changes on approval
If the volume grows or access changes on the day, you see the revised figure before the work continues — the same rule we follow on setup.

Move-in deposits, lift charges at both societies and parking or shuttle costs are passed through at actuals.
Within Bengaluru only
This is a same-city service. Moves to or from another city are not part of it — the unpacking and home setup in Bengaluru still is.
Storage
If your new home is not ready on the delivery date, warehousing can be arranged and is billed by the day.

Within-city moving, answered
The questions people ask before handing over both halves of a move.
Yes, as an add-on. Our core service is unpacking, organizing and setting up your new home. If you also want the move itself handled, we arrange packing at your current home, loading, intracity transport, delivery and room-wise placement, and then continue into the unpacking and setup. Simply Unpack stays your single point of contact across both stages.
There is no fixed rate. Within-city moving is quoted after a pre-move survey, because the price depends on inventory volume, floor and lift access at both ends, packing grade, insurance cover and the dates you need. You get a written quote, and nothing is booked or charged until you confirm it.
Whenever you are ready. The home setup package can be booked on its own, and the within-city moving add-on is only activated once you approve the quote in writing. If you decide to use your own mover instead, your setup booking is unaffected.
Anywhere within Bengaluru — Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, HSR Layout, Koramangala, Electronic City, Indiranagar, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Hebbal, Yelahanka and the rest of the city. This is a within-city service: we do not move households to other cities.
Transit cover can be arranged on a declared value of your goods and is quoted as a separate line in the estimate. Cover, exclusions and claim process are shared in writing before you confirm, so you can decide whether to include it.
Someone should be reachable at the origin for the inventory count and sign-off. At the destination you do not have to be present. With authorized access we receive the delivery, place cartons room-wise and complete the unpacking and setup with photo and video updates.
Cars and two-wheelers, plants, pets, perishables, and items restricted by law or by the carrier are not part of a standard household move. Society move-in charges, lift charges, parking or shuttle costs and any storage days are quoted separately when they apply.
